Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms describe the conditions for using All video saver, operated by Pooja Kumawat. Please read them before submitting a request. If you do not agree, do not use the download service.
1. What the service provides
All video saver attempts to prepare downloadable files from supported links. It relies on external sources, available formats and server capacity. Support for a platform does not mean every link will work or that downloading is permitted.
2. Permission and source rules
Submit a link only when you have the necessary rights or other lawful authority and the source permits the download. You are responsible for checking the conditions relevant to your use.
Public availability, attribution, personal use or the absence of a payment requirement does not automatically establish permission. The permission checkbox records your confirmation; it does not verify ownership or grant a licence.
Permission to download does not necessarily permit editing, redistribution, public display, commercial use or removal of attribution.
3. Prohibited use
- Infringing copyright, privacy or other rights.
- Accessing private accounts or content without authorisation.
- Attempting to bypass DRM, paywalls, authentication or other access restrictions.
- Submitting unlawful content, malware or links intended to attack the service or another system.
- Using the service for harassment, exploitation or non-consensual intimate material.
- Evading rate limits, overwhelming the queue, scraping private job data or accessing another user’s prepared files.
- Sharing session credentials or misrepresenting your identity in a rights complaint.
4. Limits and availability
Current social-video limits include a maximum final file size of 500 MB and a duration filter of up to 10 minutes. Direct media from approved hosts has a separate 25 MB limit.
Timeouts, queue capacity, request limits and source restrictions also apply. Limits may change as the service develops. A request below a stated limit can still fail.
A queued or processing status is not confirmation that a file will be delivered. The operator may pause or restrict requests for maintenance, capacity, security or legal reasons.
5. Prepared files
Prepared files are temporary. Download them within the availability period shown by the service. A browser session may be required to access your request.
Check that a saved file is complete and suitable for your intended use. The service does not promise a particular resolution, codec, compatibility level or uninterrupted download.
6. Privacy
Processing a request involves submitted URLs, browser-session identifiers, queue information and temporary media files. Read the Privacy Policy for further information.
7. External platforms
YouTube, Instagram and Facebook are independent third-party platforms. Their names and logos identify sources and do not imply a partnership, endorsement or official integration.
The operator does not control external content, source availability or changes to platform rules. Use official download or export features when appropriate.
8. Website materials
Rights in downloaded media remain with their respective owners. These terms do not transfer those rights to you or to All video saver. Website materials must also be used consistently with their applicable ownership and licences.
9. Reporting concerns
To report a rights, privacy or security concern, email the relevant URL or request identifier, describe the issue and explain your connection to the affected content where relevant.
The operator may investigate, restrict access, remove files under the operator’s control or preserve relevant information where appropriate. The service cannot remove the original content from an external platform.
10. Service limitations and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a dispute will be determined under applicable law and the relevant facts.
11. Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law protects.
12. Applicable law and disputes
The service is operated from India. These terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable Indian law, without excluding mandatory protections available under another applicable law.
Please contact the operator first to explain a concern. Nothing here prevents you from approaching a competent court, regulator or other legally available forum.
