How to use All video saver

From pasting a supported link to saving the prepared file: understand each step and its limits.

In this guide
  1. Start with a link you are allowed to use
  2. Paste the link into the downloader
  3. Submit one request and follow its status
  4. Save the prepared file
  5. Know what the tool cannot promise

Start with a link you are allowed to use

Before opening the downloader, check that you have permission to save the video and that its source permits downloading. A public link does not automatically give you permission to keep or republish the content.

Copy the complete video link using the source platform’s sharing option. Avoid copying a profile address or a search results page when you want a particular video.

Paste the link into the downloader

Open the All video saver homepage and paste the link into the video link box. You can paste manually if your browser does not allow the Paste button to read the clipboard.

The tool recognizes supported YouTube, Instagram and Facebook links. Platform recognition only identifies the source; it does not confirm that the video is available or permitted for downloading.

Submit one request and follow its status

Confirm the permission statement and start the request. Waiting means the request is in the queue. Processing means the server is attempting to prepare the media.

Preparation time varies with the source, network connection, file size and queue. Repeatedly pressing the button does not make the source respond faster. Read any message shown before trying again.

Save the prepared file

When the request becomes ready, select Download file. Your browser handles the transfer to your device. Check its Downloads list to confirm whether the transfer finished.

Prepared files are normally available for 30 minutes after preparation finishes. Save your permitted copy during that period. The service is not intended to keep a permanent backup for you.

Know what the tool cannot promise

Social videos currently have a final file limit of 500 MB and a duration filter of up to 10 minutes. Approved direct media files have a separate 25 MB limit. Processing time limits also apply.

A video below those limits can still fail because of source restrictions or unavailable formats. Private, login-required and DRM-protected media are not supported. Use an official download or export option where appropriate.
