Waiting, processing and ready: what each status means
Follow your request from the queue to the browser download without confusing preparation with saving.
Waiting: your request is in the queue
The server has accepted your request, but preparation has not started. Other work or limited server capacity can keep a request waiting.
Submitting the same link repeatedly does not move it forward. The service limits concurrent requests and can reject new submissions when the queue is full.
Processing: the server is preparing the file
The worker is attempting to retrieve the source media and prepare the output. Some sources provide video and audio separately, so preparation can involve combining those streams.
A processing message is not a guarantee of success. Source restrictions, unavailable formats, file limits or connection failures can still stop the request.
Ready: you can start saving
The prepared file is available through Download file. Select that link to begin the browser transfer to your device.
Ready does not mean that the file is already stored on your phone or laptop. Confirm that the browser transfer completes before closing everything.
Failed or expired: read the explanation
Failed means the request could not be completed. The displayed message may identify a source restriction, a limit or a connection problem.
Expired means the request or prepared file is no longer available through that link. If the source still permits downloading, you may need to submit a new request.
What cancellation does
Cancellation asks the service to stop queued or active processing. It may take a short time for an active worker to notice the request.
Cancelling is not the same as deleting all associated data. Completed files and operational records follow the retention and cleanup practices described in the Privacy Policy.
